Essay

The objective of study is recourse-saving process of slag of sludge waste transportation by dump trucks in the conditions of sintering and steelmaking. The purpose of the study is improvement of industrial transport functioning in steel plants based on management of dump trucks recourse indexes. The novelty. Recourse-saving method and function, which optimize dump trucks out on the line schedule for differently busy route on the criterion of emergency repairs minimizing, have been developed. New evaluation method and concept for generalized characteristics of dump tracks service properties on differently busy routes of slag and sludge for the resource characteristics of the vehicle. Multi criterion model with additive convolution of intensity criterion (time, distance, loading capacity, route conditions, cargo temperature, environmental conditions) in frame of route intensity evaluation was proposed. Optimization theory of tracks service life for busy, intermediate and not-busy routes by minimization the total costs function on all types of technical service during operational period was further developed. Logistics methods of material flow forming with recourse-saving spreadsheet of vehicles exit on routes scheduling was further developed. The results was introduced on PJSC “Ilych Iron and Steel Work” (Mariupol) with the effect of 656 thousand UAH.
