Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of essence of legal status of administrative-delict procedure participants and development on this basis of the scientifically grounded recommendations in relation to perfection of administrative-delict legislation. Concept, contest and theoretical-legal essence of administrative-delict procedure are analyzed. The concept of administrative-delict procedure as branch of administrative-delict law which regulates the judicial order of realization of administrative responsibility for violation of rules of law is determined.
