The approaches concerning the determination of the essence and content of the economic stability are analyzed. Improved the definition of the economic stability and the factors of the economic stability are classified. Description of every factor-group is presented. Each of the detached factor-groups is supplemented with the innovative component. Correlation between the enterprise's innovation appeal and the economic stability of its activity is grounded. The directions of the innovation ac-tivity ensuring the economic stability are determined. The approaches as regards the choice of indicators and criteria of the enterprise's economic stability estimation have been investigated. Lack of the innovative component in the economic stability estimation is defined. The innovation appeal of the machine-building enterprises is analyzed. The structure components of the enterprise's economic stability and its ac-tivity are defined and supplemented by their innovative ones as well. The composition of estimation indicators concerning the enterprise's economic stability and its active ty has been adjusted. The integrated economic stability evaluation of the machine-building enterprises has been carried out in Luhansk region taking into consideration their innovation appeal. Organizational provision with the innovation appeal is developed. The information support of the economic innovation appeal is improved. The economic and organizational estimation model of the innovation appeal for providing the economic stability of the industrial enterprise has been created. The strategic directions of increasing the innovation appeal of the enterprise for providing the economic stability of its activity are determined. The developed recom-mendations as regards the determination of the innovation appeal level within industrial enterprises' activity have been used.
