Essay

The object of the research is lung functional state in patients with systemic scleroderma. The goal is to assess the clinical-pathological significance of disturbances of ventilating, moisture excretory, surfactant and diffusing lung functions in patients with systemic scleroderma. Methods - clinical, instrumental, physic-chemical, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of the condense, surfactant and diffusing lung features in patients with systemic scleroderma, it was proved the pathogenetiс importance of its changes in different clinical course of sclerodermic pneumopathy, intercommunication moisture excretory, expiratory and alveolar-capillary lung capacity with extra pulmonary signs of the disease. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Educational-scientific-treatment centre "University clinic" of Donetsk national medical university by M.Gorky, the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical union, the Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak of the National Academy of medical science of Ukraine (Donetsk), and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Vinnitsa and Kharkov national medical universities.
