Essay

The dissertation is devoted to synthesis of complex oxide compounds based on cobalt, nickel and copper from perovskite-like structure, studying of phase formation of complex oxides and investigation the influence of synthesis conditions, nature and concentration of the modifying agents on the properties on the properties of the synthesized compounds. In this work have been defined the homogeneity regions for all solid solutions. Dependence of parameters and kinds of lattice symmetry from the displacement degree x have been studied for all synthesized systems. For complex oxide compounds have been studied the influence of synthesis method and annealing in oxygen atmosphere on the electrophysical and catalytic properties.
