The processes of strategic management by steady functioning of pindustrial-economic systems are a research object. Research methods: systems approach, fynansovo-ekonomycheskyy analysis, ekonomych-mathematical design, expert estimations, logical generalization, groupment, graphic analysis. Results: the conceptual model of strategic management by the steady functioning of industrial-economicsystems is developed on basis of systems approach, the system of exchange is improved by information in the process of strategic management by the steady functioning of industrial-economic systems, mechanism of strategic management by organizational stability of industrial-economic systems, mechanism of strategic management by financial stability of industrial-economic systems, mechanism of strategic management by innovative stability of industrial-economic systems. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of industrial enterprises.
