Тhis thesis studied the clinical and laboratory indicators of marginal periodontal tissues in patients with intact periodontal and with generalized periodontitis, depending on the method of preparation of supporting teeth during manufacture of fixed dental prosthesis designs in different periods of observation, which gave the basis for preventive and therapeutic measures for the manufacture of orthopedic structures using preparations of tea tree oil, gel "Holisal" and vitamin-microelement complex "Vitam".
