Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of treatment efficiency and quality increasing at patients with the plural and combined damages of facial skeleton bones (FSB) using apparatus-surgical method. We have worked out and provided into clinical practice the compressive-distractive apparatus for treatment of plural and combined FSB damages that allowed conduct surgical and orthopaedic manipulations consistently, fixing bone fragments reliably. Invalidization at treatment with compressive-distractive apparatus was 8%, and it was on 42-49% less than at treatment using traditional methods.
