Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the prevention and treatment of Candido-associated alveolitis using therapeutic and preventive bandage, consisting of the preparation "Tricalen" containing metronidazole and miconazole and lyophilized xenodermotransplantat. Results of the investigation showed that the application of the proposed combination bandage on the extracted tooth alveole contributes to the rapid extinction of local inflammatory reactions, as evidenced not only by clinical observations, but also in measuring the local temperature of the soft tissues paravulnar zone, determination the level of proteolytic enzyme activity of the oral fluid. In addition, the proposed method creates the conditions for reducing contamination of wounds fungi Candida, the detection rate of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, the normalization of the microbial composition of the ecological community wounds, the active flow of the process of epithelization, the slowdown of atrophic processes. The combined bandage, consisting of drug "Tricalen" and xenodermotransplantat, thanks to the combined effect on the course postexstractional wound healing process is an effective preventive and therapeutic means to reduce the reduce the frequency of alveolitis caused by the presence of fungal microflora, to optimize the conditions for the early onset of redox reactions that leads to the preservation volume of alveolar bone, required for sound replacement.
