Dudnik T. The complex ultrasonic diagnostics of traumatic damages rotator shoulder cuffs.

The dissertation is devoted to a question of rising of diagnostics accuracy of traumatic damages rotator cuffs of a shoulder by working out the criteria of complex ultrasonic research. On the basis of 160 patients with traumatic damages rotator shoulder cuffs inspection the scientific problem of rising of diagnostics accuracy of an investigated pathology is solved actual for radial diagnostics and orthopedy, the expediency of ultrasonic research application at a primary stage patients inspection is proved. The ultrasonic anatomy rotator shoulder cuffs is studied. The technique of a humeral joint inspection is standardized. The ultrasonic signs of an impingement syndrome, complete and partial ruptures of rotator shoulder cuffs tendons are systematized, their differential diagnostic criteria are defined, ultrasonic and МРТ comparisons are conducted. Diagnostic efficiency of US in hemarthrosis revealing is established. The new way of an impingement syndrome stages diagnostics of a humeral complete and partial ruptures of rotator shoulder cuffs tendons is offered. It is shown that carrying out of functional assays raises the efficiency of an impingement syndrome and rotator cuffs partial ruptures diagnostics.
