Shubna O. Regional features of spatial asymmetry of placing and functioning of labour resources in Ukraine

Goal:: the systematized research of spatial asymmetry of placing of labour resources in the cut of regions of Ukraine, development of ways of its overcoming and increase of efficiency of realization of regional labour potential in Ukraine. Object of the research: spatial asymmetry of placing and functioning of labour resources of regions of Ukraine. Subject of the research: conformities to law, principles, factors of forming, reproduction and overcoming of spatial asymmetry of placing of regional labour resources in Ukraine. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, formally-logical methods; economic- statistical methods; method of comparative analysis; method of cross-correlation-regressive analysis; logic-structural methods; index method. Improved: scientific going near the algorithm of calculation of development index of regional human potential; criteria system of determination for more and less developed regions; typology of models of external labour migration of population in easten and western regions; scientific going near forming of the socio-economic regional programs for Donetsk and Ternopil regions. Got further development: category "spatial asymmetry of placing of labour resources"; classification of factors of forming of spatial asymmetry of placing and functioning of regional labour resources in Ukraine; conception of spatial asymmetry of placing of productive forces by development of index of regional asymmetry, taking into account a difference in size of gross regional product per the hryvnia of population charges in a regional cut. Inculcated: methodical going near determination of basic directions of development of social responsibility of business in the firm; going near determination of index of development of regional human potential and perspective directions of improvement of state support of small business and enterprise; suggestion in relation to the estimation of standard of living of regional population and determination of priority directions of its improvement; methodical going near development of the socio-economic regional program of the Donetsk region.
