The established efficacy of NSPh in the complex treatment of patients with DPTB. The overall treatment combination therapy is effective in 96.7% patients, and standard chemotherapy - in 76.7% of cases. The good tolerance of NSPh with endobronchial administration in patients with DPTB was established. Range of application - medicine.
