The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and analysis of the functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of the development of tourism in Ukraine, reasonably basic ways to improve its action. Refined and expanded conceptual apparatus, described the conceptual basis of the functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of the development of tourist services, identifies the main patterns and problems of the mechanism. Recommendations for improving governance at all levels as well as the regulatory framework and efficiency measures providing travel services.
