The thesis is devoted to scientific and theoretical study and develop recommendations to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the transportation system in Ukraine. We analyzed and summarized theoretical and methodological principles of state regulation of the transport system. Studies of conceptual development and implementation of transport policies at regional level. Developed proposals for improvements of the legal instruments of state regulation mechanisms of transport systems in Ukraine.
