Moschizka T. Government control of socio-economic development of regions of Ukraine by modernisation of their mode

Object of research is the process of ensuring state regulation for the alignment of social and economic development for country regions. The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodical provision of social and economic development state regulation for administrative and territorial units of Ukraine by way of modernization. Research methods are system analysis and synthesis; correlation analysis; systematic logical analysis; the graphical method; the method of entropy; cluster analysis; abstract and logical analysis. Theoretical and practical results. Methodical approach to government regulation the alignment of social and economic development for administrative-territorial units; the methodical approach to the administrative-territorial units assessment that based on integrated assessments of scale, density, urbanization; methodical support modeling of the administrative-territorial structure influence on the unevenness of economic and social development the administrative-territorial units of the country; the methodical approach to identification of spatial development model in the regions of the country that based on the classification of spatial development model in the framework of the theory of the "center-periphery" have got further development. Classification of spatial development models of the regions in the framework of the theory "center-periphery" by specification of peculiarities one-tier, two-tier and three-tier models of spatial development; methodical support of the administrative-territorial structure modernization in the regions of the country that accounts complex research of the problems in the administrative-territorial device, the economic and social development of the regions are improved. Scientific results are used in Main Department of Economics of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No 568/1 from 03.11.2010) and in the educational process of the National Aerospace University by Zhukovsky (certificate No 38-601/543 of 26.04.2011)
