Object of research is the process of controlling activity for the high-tech industrial enterprises. The purpose of research is further development of theoretical and methodical positions, scientific and practical recommendations on controlling for the high-tech industrial enterprises and improvement of financial and economic activities that based on the controlling instruments use. Methods of research are basics of system and process approaches, methods of scientific abstraction, analogy, classification, methods of economic analysis, graphical methods, generalization. Theoretical and practical results. Methodological approach to the analysis and evaluation of the operational management results; methodical ensuring the development of integrated controlling system on high-tech industrial enterprises; methodical approach to the forecasting of the financial and economic activities results on the high-tech industrial enterprises have the further development. Structuring classification criteria for controlling the types and directions as a system of integrated information support of operational planning and decision-making; organizational approach to the adoption of the operational management decisions at high-tech enterprises on the basis of using the controlling; theoretical and methodological approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of controlling the high-tech enterprises are improved.
