Essay

The study is a complex research into problem development of agrarian legislation of Ukraine. The analysis of the notion, features and characteristics of agrarian legislation in Ukraine is carried out in this thesis. The historic phases of formation of agrarian legislation are singled out, the periodization of scientific theories concerning formation of agrarian legislation is set. The thesis also covers issues of legal status providing of subjects of agrarian management, agrarian legislation as regards land and property intercourse in agricultural manufacture, and also realization of public agrarian policy and state support of agrarian commodity producers.
