Bludilina M. Theoretical questions and practices of initiating or excising criminal cases in the criminal processes of Ukraine.

The dissertation consists of a complex analysis of the theoretical questions and practices pertaining to criminal cases in the criminal prоcesses of Ukraine. The dissertation is devoted to the current problems involved in the ensuring or suspension of rights and legal interests of a person whose interests may relate to the initiating of a criminal case. This results in an in-depth knowledge of concept, location, objectives, and interests of criminal cases in Ukraine. It further developed this authors conception of the classification of methods used in initiating criminal cases and gave a better understanding of the decision-making processes as used in the initiating or refusal of said process.
