Dissertation devoted development of theoretical positions and scientifically grounded recommendations, which are directed on the increases of efficiency of fight against criminal trespasses on cultural values, and also investigation of these crimes. In-process there is the treated scientific information which light up the modern state of fight against criminal trespasses on cultural values. Essence of operating normative acts which regulate the question of legal safeguard and use of cultural values is analysed, and the ways of improvement of modern legislation are certain.
