The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodical and applied bases of formation the system of non-banking financial-credit intermediaries as a component of the financial market of Ukraine. The conceptual apparatus of the investigated subject is specified; the essence, structure the system of non-banking financial-credit intermediaries, factors of influence on its functioning are determined; the main forms of influence the system of non-banking financial-credit intermediaries on economy are identified; the principles of formation, functioning and development of the system are determined.
