Dissertation is devoted to historical-legal analysis of the origin, formation and development of court militia in Ukraine and in other countries. The work defines essence and peculiarities of administrative-legal status of court militia. It analyses legal regulation of administrative-legal status of court militia. The dissertation characterizes aim, tasks and functions of court militia from their mission and objective point of view. The work defines peculiarities of structural and organizational elements of administrative-legal status of court militia in Ukraine. It characterizes competence as a basis of administrative legal personality of court militia.
