Filipenko E. Protecting the rights and freedoms of children by the internal affairs: legal and administrative framework

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of protecting the rights and freedoms of children by the internal affairs of Ukraine. We have studied the nature and content of the rights and freedoms of children. Based on the analysis suggested their classification in the content (character) needs, the legal consolidation of the normative and legal acts; branch of the law, the emergence of relationships in the child's environment, the most common of which is their division into general, special and specific rights and freedoms. Defined the concept and elements of the legal status of internal affairs units, securing the rights and freedoms of juveniles.
