The thesis reveals the state of administrative-legal regulation of law enforcement activity by the prosecuting organs of Ukraine. The notion and importance of coordinative function of the prosecuting organs are defined. The classification of the principles of coordinative activity of the prosecuting organs are provided. The practice of application of the present-day legislation by prosecuting organs while performing coordinative activity is scrutinized; the problems of normative law enforcement by prosecuting organs while performing coordinative activity are revealed.
