Cherchaty O. Optimization of Ukrainian public administration activity of the regional level under the circumstances of European integration

Activity of public administration in the post-communist transformation of society and the formation of Ukraine as a democratic state. Scientific substantiation of theoretical principles of optimization of Public Administration of Ukraine at the regional level and conceptual approaches to the development of mechanisms to modernize public administration according to European standard. Methods: historical, induction and deduction, expert interviews, abstraction, generalization. Proved optimization mechanisms of public administration of Ukraine at the regional level, taking into account international experience. Systematic optimization, which involves the improvement of regional governance through democratization. Improved approaches to linking the concept of optimization of Europeanization, rationalization and modernization of management at the regional level in terms of European integration of Ukraine. The results was introduced in practice of the authorities.
