3. In this paper methodological, theoretical and practical principles of administrative and legal counteraction to the wasteful expense of fuel and energy resources are considered. An administrative misdeminour that is conducted in the field of wasteful expense of fuel and energy resources is considered as well as responsibility that it causes аnd ways of further emprovement of administrative-legal counteraction to the wasteful expense of fuel and energy resources. A number of concrete suggestions are set forth to make alteration in operating legislative and administrative acts.
