3. The work reveals the essence of interaction of customs bodies of Ukraine and EU in preventing the violations of customs rules. The author investigates the essence of regulations preventing violations of customs rules of the EU legislation, he examines current issues of legal regulations of the mutual interaction and forms of activity of Ukraine and European Union to ensure prevention of violations of customs rules, identifies problems and measures for improvement of this interaction, gives of proposals as to the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation in the prevention of violations of customs rules and bringing them into conformity with EU standards.
