Essay

Dissertation is devoted to current problem - prevention of the chronification of paranoid schizophrenia. It was proved that constellation of the factors, organized passive-dependent personality position can be considered as predictor of continuous course of the paranoid schizophrenia. A study algorythm of the psychological microclimate in patient's nearest environment is elaborated. It includes the intercourse with patient's relatives and psychological testing of these relatives, which allow decreasing risk of relapse of the disease and improving family and social adaptation of the patients.
