Alieksieienko I. Stabilization of Grain Farming in Ukraine.

The target of the research is theoretical and methodological grounding of the variants of development of grain industry of Ukraine and methods to the ensuring of the stabilization of the economical situation on the grain market. The object of the research is the process of stabilization of grain economy of Ukraine in its strategy of agrarian sector development. The methods of the research are: abstract-logical, the method of statistical groupings, grapical, economical-mathematical. Theoretical results: there developed theoretical-methodological fundamentals upon grounding of strategical directions of agrarian sector development and arrangements on grain industry stabilization. Practical results: results of research are devoted to solve the problems of grain production stabilization, reaching balance on a grain market and effective usage of the technological resources regarding the variants development strategy of the agrarian sector. Scientific novelty: there suggested grounding of the parameters and conditions of stabilization of the grain industry of Ukraine with the help of developed economical-mathematical models of intersectoral balance of agrarian sector of economy, regional placement of grain production and grain stock management to achieve the stabilization of market prices. Implementation: the results of the research are taken into implementation by the Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Politics and Food of Ukraine, were implemented in SPE "WinMixSoft Ltd", "UkrProd Alliance Ltd" and educational process of Scientific Research Institute of Livestock and Water Bioresources of Ukraine, National Univercity of Food Technologies. Efficiency: the results of research will promote the stabilization of grain industry of Ukraine. Scope: central, oblast and regin authorities, state oraganizations and the representatives on a grain market, higher educational institutions, agricultural companies.
