The dissertation deals with the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of risk assessment of enterprises economic activity and elaboration of effective methods; of risk management of agricultural (in foreign and economic activity). The economic essence of the category of economic risk and processing enterprises of AIC are revealed. Risk sources and their peculiarities in foreign agro- and economic activity have been researched.
