Essay

The genetic potential regularities of Holstein cows' milk productivity depending on generation age and stabilizing selection have been stated. The interdependence of exterior parameters and signs of milk productivity has been analyzed. The organizing degree of the cows' micropopulations according to their productive features at the imitation of stabilizing selection has been studied. The comparison of practical and theoretical lactation curves formed by P.Wood and Guo-Swalve has been made. The parameters of those equations in the experimental classes have been evaluated.
