Essay

The thesis deals with increasing the efficiency of prevention of dental caries using a product containing lecithin with calcium citrate - "Lecithin-2". Based on the results of experimental studies it was found that lecithin containing product has expressed caries preventive efficiency on 52,9 % and activates the mineralization of dental hard tissues by reason of increased activity of alkaline phosphates, index of mineralization in the homogenate of pulp. Substantiation of preventing dental caries in young persons with high caries process was carried out on the basis of clinical and laboratory researches. The using of additional agent of "Lecithin-2" in the scheme of prevention promoted the increase of the reduction of caries process in one year of observations.
