Bilska O. Correction of Economy Mechanism to Ensure Its Functioning and Development in Conditions of Space-Time Dynamics.

The object is an business mechanism of national economy. The aim is the deepening of theoretical and methodological fundamental elements for proper functioning and development of economic systems and improvement of organizational-and-economic mechanism that regulates space-time structure for the satisfaction of individual and communal interests of all subjects of economy for the removal of the destabilization phenomena as basis of dynamic socio-economic development of country providing. The methods are mathematical statistics, comparison, expert estimations and imitation design. The author theoretically justifies a social orientation of economic development and suggests a mechanism to provide the social orientation in the process of economic system functioning. The paper presents theoretical theses that the author has created for interpretation of "economic system" and "business mechanism" categories. Realities of the social product distribution are estimated in context of investing and socially-oriented possibilities formed by each subject of economy. Controllability of processes of the social product distribution is analyzed on the basis of statistic data for different profiles. Conceptual aspects are formulated for improvement of distributive relations in the business mechanism oriented to stable social and economic dynamics. Application sphere are the programs of socio-economic development, training courses.
