Object: the movement of financial capital and the money supply as a component of the mechanism of financial and commodity markets in Ukraine. Purpose: to develop theoretical and methodological findings and recommendations for improvement of financial market development and principles of its regulation. Methods: monographic, system-structural, statistical and economic, economics and mathematics. Results: the first proposed the concept of the mechanism of financial market development on the basis of balancing the movement of money, investment, value added, improved system of functional-territorial segmentation of financial markets in their functions and territorial levels, methodological instruments of analysis interbank foreign exchange and interbank credit segments of the financial the market.
