Dissertation is devoted to the study of the nature and content of the multidimensional concept of "road safety" through elements of the concept of "security" and "traffic." It is revealed the form and means of preventing misconduct in the investigated area. It was found the ratio of "prevention", "warning", "prevention", "prevention" used in the existing regulations.
