3. The thesis covers theoretical and methodological principles of management development of the enterprises, analysis of enterprises activities of the Crimean bread-making industry were done, according to the indexes of intensity and scales of development can give strategy development of bread-making enterprises which were explained the branches of their effective development. Generalization of theoretical approaches in relation to the determination of enterprise development, their management development which give an opportunity to overview authorial position and give determination of these definitions. The estimation development and resource potential of the bread-making enterprises is executed, factors which influence on their development are certain. The features of management development of the bread-making enterprises are certain, model of strategies' choice of development trends of the bread-making enterprises' are developed. Bread-making enterprises' management development model for increasing their activities and economic and social effects undertaking are given.
