The given thesis work is devoted to investigation of the process artificial carbonation of lime paste and creation of technological principles of deriving of wall materials of carbonation hardening on the basis of lime, using carbonate technogenic raw. It is set that necessary and sufficient is a concentration of СО2 in the chamber of carbonating within the limits of 25 - 40%.0 After 18000 s from the artificial carbonating durability at the compression of the carbonated standards is increased in 2 - 4 times, water resistance of -v 1,6 - 1,8 time, vodopogloschenie diminishes in 1,1 - 1,4 time.
