The dissertation is devoted to the complex issues related to improving the functioning of economic processes of enterprises of passenger transport. The organizational-economic mechanism of regulating elements of the transportation process, assessed the quality of operation of urban passenger transport and transport service level indicators of population development, it seems timely and relevant. A municipal-private model of urban passenger transport and developed stages of financing the necessary rolling stock, including economic relations, to solve the problem of optimal performance of passenger vehicles in the city. The model of determining the volume of demand for road passenger transport in the inner city, combined with the mathematical simulation model can predict the received transport mobility for the region's population of relevant organizational and economic decisions and on this basis to ensure high efficiency and quality of passenger transport. Improved concept of transport complex of Kremenchug, in which the help of the rolling stock of public passenger transport by type, number and distribution of the traffic network of the city, and conducted economic evaluation of the proposed measures. Using an advanced structure enhances the quality of public services of public passenger vehicles.
