Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigation of neurosensory hardness of hearing. This is a sufficiently spread and progressing disease with complex pathogenesis when the course of the disease is complicated by vertebro-basilar circulatory failure and hemodynamic changes in brain vessels. This work gives characteristics of the state of peripheral and central (brainstem and cortical) parts of auditory analyzer for patients having both neurosensory hardness of hearing and different-degree apparent vertebro-basilar circulatory failure taking into account cerebral hemodynamics.
