The thesis focused on theoretical and methodological rationale and practical implementation of the mechanism of control of labor relations staff processing of agricultural enterprises in market conditions economy of Ukraine. Investigated the theoretical basis for the formation mechanism of control of labor relations staff in the company of AIC. Supplemented and refined conceptual-categorical apparatus on the subject. The characteristic development of the basic concepts of management labor relations. Investigated approaches to defining the management structure of labor relations. Developed a comprehensive approach to determining the status of staff loyalty.
