Harnaha V. Thermal-pressing technology fine-sized concrete products with chemical additives.

A research object is the modified concrete which is made by thermal-pressing technology. A research purpose consists in perfection of technology of making of concrete wares with the promoted indexes of durability and other physic and mechanical properties by the complex influencing of pressure, temperature and chemical additions. For achieving the put purpose the mathematical methods of planning of experiment, electronic microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis are used. A scientific novelty consists in that: theory possibility of receipt of wares is grounded and experimentally confirmed with improving physic and mechanical properties at complex influence of pressure, temperature and chemical additions on concrete mixture in the period of initial harden; found out dependence of durability of concrete on the type of chemical addition, its amount, size of pressure and temperature and the process of set of durability of concrete is optimized in the conditions of the thermal-pressing influencing; got subsequent development analytical expression of durability of concrete in accordance with the parameters of the thermal-pressing influencing, which includes for itself the increase of durability from introduction of chemical addition, pressure, temperature and terms of subsequent harden which differs from known the presence of constituent of increase of durability from the action of chemical addition. A practical value consists in development of new method of making of fine-sized of concrete wares, which enables to make a concrete with the promoted physic and mechanical indexes.
