Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the effectiveness of Surgical treatment of senile cataract without ultrasound. In the experimental part the termal effect of various equipment during phacoemulsification was investigated аnd revealed that tenth of their power was transformed into the thermal energy. The results of this work demonstrated the absence of positive effect of preliminary cooling to the saline solution for irrigation. It was suggested the mathematical model of the biomechanical parameters of the phacoemulsification without ultrasound.
