Amosha V. Forming the state programs of using energy primary resources

Object of the study is the processes of energy efficiency of the national economy. Objective of study is theoretical justification of methodological approaches to the formation of the complex energy development programs aimed at improving the efficiency of energy and raw resources of the national economy. Methods of research are systematic approach analoz and synthesis, comparative analysis, econometric, mathematical and economic-scenario-case simulation. Theoretical and practical results: methodological approaches to research problems of the system energy savings; prredlozheniya to improve government programs use energy and raw resources.
