Dissertation work is devoted to development of scientifically and theoretical bases and practical recommendations in relation to perfection of the control system by activity of commercial bank with the developed network of branches. Theoretical pre-conditions of forming of commercial bank as network enterprise are explored on the domestic bank system. Theoretical approaches are certain to essence of alternative systems of estimations of efficiency of activity of commercial banks with the developed branch network. The methodical approach of forming cost management of commercial bank branches is offered on the basis of applying the microeconomic analysis of fixed and variable costs.
