Moskalenko S. Administrative and legal provision of the sphere of ecological safety

Theoretical and practical provisions are considered according to administrative and legal provision of responsibility of the sphere of ecological safety and approaches to its providing on the ground of analysis of scientific, scientific-journalistic sources and also acting law of Ukraine and generalization of practice of its realization. The notions "ecological safety", "state control in the sphere of ecological safety", "administrative violation in the sphere of ecological safety" have been researched. All enumerated elements are the components of administrative and legal provision of the sphere of ecological safety and their structure have been considered in the dissertation. Writer of the dissertation has researched the reasons of administrative violation of law.
