Shevchuk O. Administrative-legal Regulation of the Information Security Providing

In the thesis is investigated the problem of the application of the administrative responsibilities for offenses in the sphere of information safety. Author analyzed the present situation of legislation in the sphere of providing information safety, gave conceptual approaches to the responsibility as to the system category Author investigated the lawful bases of the activity of the executive power, which ensure information safety in Ukraine. Also characteristic of offenses relative to providing of information safety was given and the special features of administrative reform was opened in this sphere. The ways of the improvement of the activity of the organs of internal affairs in the sphere of providing information safety are proposed.
