Essay

The thesis is devoted to researching issues of administrative responsibility of officials for violating electoral law. Based on the analysis of processes counteracting violations of electoral law as a system category using the complex theoretical and managerial methodology the author has proposed and formulated the concept of "administrative responsibility of officials" and "administrative responsibility for violating electoral law." A classification of government agencies that may apply measures of administrative coercion to violators of electoral law according to the level of competence has been suggested.
