Voloshina S. Legal regulation of occupational safety and health.

The thesis is a special complex study of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of occupational safety and health in modern times. The thesis defines the concept and the content of the institute of occupational safety and health. Global universal and European standards of occupational safety and health are analyzed and implemented by their comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine. The thesis studies main current trends of the institute of occupational safety and health in foreign countries. Candidate for a degree formulates proposals for the improvement of national legislation in the field of occupational safety and health and the relevant provisions of the Draft Labor Code of Ukraine according to the international standards and positive legislative experience of foreign countries.
