Essay

Principles and problems in the development of management and innovative potential of small enterprises within the light industry are considered. Expediency of applying project principles in small business management is grounded. Theoretical and methodological approaches to organization and management of innovative activity are generalized as well as to formation of the innovative potential structure. Organizational potential of small enterprises management (using the case study of the light industry) is studied, and the methodics of its estimation is developed.
