Obushna N. Government regulation of direct foreign investments in the conditions of modernization of economy of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to deepening theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improvement of state regulation of foreign direct investment in the modernization of Ukraine's economy. Analyzed the essence of economic categories "FDI", systematized and improved approaches to their classification in a management context. The role and place of FDI in promoting recovery and sustained growth under uncertainty and risk. Generalized and supplemented by theoretical and methodological approaches to modern mechanism of state regulation of FDI. Substantiates the objective necessity of direct foreign investment to modernize the national economy. The analysis of the current state of government regulation of direct foreign investment in Ukraine, and evaluated its impact on the effectiveness of the recruitment and use of foreign investment in the context of the features of the modernization of the economy. A scientific and methodological tools effectively encouraging investment growth in the country. Substantiates the prospects of attracting foreign direct investment and construction of an econometric model dependence of foreign direct investment on various factors that would allow consideration of patterns of socio-economic growth of the national economy in developing fiscal instruments of state policy directly governed by foreign direct investment. A mechanism for improving state regulation of FDI in the modernization of Ukraine's economy.
