Essay

This thesis is dedicated to the development of methodology and techniques for the increase of quality and productivity of "Rapid Prototyping" technology. Optimal aerodynamic characteristics of the delivery of powder material into the processing zone were investigated by means of numerical modeling of multiphase streams using Ansys CFX software. A technique for the optimization of the regimes of industrial laser equipment that guarantee best uniformity attributes (quantitative indexes of empty fragments, pores, percentage ratio of microcracks) of the inner microstructure of sintered primitives.
